The reason why I got an reply from them was because I asked a question about getting promo. I don't think that your supposed to hear back from them. I think that you just request it and they send it to you. But, I could be wrong so, don't quote me on any of this.

i told them my name on that website, and i got an email back from the person saying i didn`t have an account. i do, but i just spelled something wrong./
so i wrote them back on friday because i just remembered.. so hopefully i get some stuff sometime

I got the promo stuff today!! I can't wait to go promote. So where has everybody been putting these posters and handouts? I'll try the mall first.... I hope people don't think I'm wierd.

^it took me about a month. But the promo stuff will likely be out before June 26 no matter when you requested it.

We do read EVERY single email! We try to reply to as many emails as we possibly can!! Click Five has a lot of dedicated fans who want to help promote them, so you can imagine what our INBOXES look like!! WHOA!

As for promo items, they do take time to get to your place, but nevertheless, they WILL get to you!! Please be patient!

If you put in a request and never receive promo (after 2-4 weeks), please let us know! Sometimes it can be your address on thisbandrocks.net. We pull your information from there! So if your information is not up-to-date, then that might be the problem!

As for registering on thisbandrocks.net, well, we need to update you through our newsletters! Besides promoting them in your city, you can also promote them online through your myspace, facebook, message forums, etc.!! Definitely check out the THINGS TO DO section for MISSIONS to complete online!! And don't you want all the EXCLUSIVE content that is only for the street team members? Aren't they awesome?!

And finally, we LOOOOOVE pictures! Pictures really help us pass the word along to the band and show them what YOU have been doing for them!! So keep them coming!
