If anyone has been reading the thread Tizzle made, a major discussion has been promoting the band.
We want to get the guys' name out there more to people we don't know instead of just our friends and family. [I'm sure they're sick of hearing about the band so we need to start bugging other people =)]
An idea that has been brought up already has been promoting the Christmas songs, since it is almost that time of year.
Basically we want to hear more from you and see what your ideas are.

Okay let's see. We have a whole new song/CD to promote so let's get going.

First off, add my promospace if you haven't already. I've had it up for a while now and I'm currently refreshing everything and getting new things up. If you're good at making graphics let me know because we could use some updated pictures for message board banners and such. [I'd do it but I just lost everything that was on my computer and I'm currently photoshopless]. You can find the promospace here.

Don't forget to check out the street team because I know they have a lot going on too. www.thisbandrocks.com.
We have the list of radio stations here. Go there and be sure to request "Jenny" at your radio station and whatever station you want. If it isn't on your radio station's playlist, send them a nice email explaining why you'd like to hear them on the radio. Don't forget to mention that they have a new lead singer and a new sound, it might get more acknoledgement that way.

Kate, Alyssa, and I took a list of magazines and TV shows Anna posted a while back [Thank you Anna!] and cleaned it up a bit to things we can try to get TC5 in. Look through this list and email the magazines and TV shows that you'd like to see the Click featured in. When emailing, be sure to mention about the new sound and new lead singer. I know I keep saying that but we really need to get that out there so anyone who didn't like TC5 before will give them another chance. If we missed any PM me or just reply in here because I'll be reading everything.

Fliers would be good. I remember reading somewhere on here that people would take the fliers and put them in magazines at the store.

caroline was saying we can't use copyrighted pictures of the band for stickers so i'm assuming that sticks with everything else?
i'm not sure if we could use the pictures for anything so they'd have to be our own?

i BELIEVE, if you have picture of the guys you took YOURSELF, you can use those.

well i dont know that for sure, so id like it if we can figure that out FIRST before its too late haha

Also, dont forget, they are on that new Bath and Body Works CD ("My Girlfriend" ...one of their christmas songs) so we can promo that...and THAt goes to charity!

That would be good to promo since like Caroline said, It goes to charity.

How much do the CD's cost?

right now the cd is $10.

and it has some other good christmas songs on it too. we play it all day at work haha

those posters were from thisbandrocks (if i remember correctly) and thisbandrocks is the "street team" that The Click Five has that hasnt done shoot.
